The Lompoc Rotary Club helps students access higher education and vocational training through the Lompoc Rotary Club Scholarship Program. This 2025-26 year, at least three (3) high school seniors will be awarded scholarships in the amount of $1,000. The scholarship awards may be used for education expenses (e.g. tuition, books, food, housing) and the award checks will be sent directly to the college or vocational school.
The Scholarship Program requires that applicants are high school seniors who are connected to the Lompoc community and plan to be students (full-time or part-time) at vocational school, community college, or four-year college in the 2026-27 academic year. Applicants complete an application package that includes an application form, release form, and essay.
The primary criteria for award selection are achievement, potential, and motivation. Applications are evaluated by Lompoc Rotary Club members who serve on the Scholarship Committee. Scholarship awards are announced in April 2026.
