Chula Vista is a beautiful community spanning fifty square miles with a population of around 230,000, making it the second biggest city within San Diego County. The city, whose name means "beautiful view" in Spanish, is surrounded with mountains to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The city is enriched with a culture-rich, astounding society.

For tourists and residents, the city has several attractions and amenities. Knotts Soak City USA and Cricket wireless amphitheater are just a couple of the famous attractions throughout the year. Chula Vista is even among the few cities who has a year round US Olympic Training Centre. There is a large assortment of parks in the city, as well as some golf courses, the Chula Vista Nature Centre, and a marina. Downtown, the city provides an wide variety of shopping and dining opportunities.

The city planning is incredible, having as assortment of affordable housing offered along with a lovely variety of estate homes. There are a variety of planned communities already established with some more in development.
