Situated in the western part of Riverside County, the city of Corona covers 39.2 square miles and is situated approximately 45 miles southeast of Los Angeles. Currently, the city hosts a population of nearly 147,428, with a history that spans more than a century. A lot of different ethnicities live here, creating a culturally diverse community. A huge portion of the population are well educated, young families.

The residents in Corona have several services and amenities obtainable to them. Basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds and sports fields are all plentiful here. Crime rates have been lessening because of public safety efforts by the Corona Police Department. The Corona Fire Department has also been successful in creating a superior paramedic program.
