Austinites take great pride in their eccentricities and individuality in lifestyle, beliefs and character; never taking themselves very seriously. This particular city is the only one in the state of Texas that allows women to appear in public topless. Amongst its local motto is "Keep Austin Weird," and this particular statement not only encourages diversity but is likewise intended to support and enhance local and independent businesses. SoCo, a shopping district which stretches down South Congress Avenue from Downtown, is filled with many restaurants, coffee shops, and cultural events. Amongst the yearly events include the O. Henry House Museum, that hosts the annual O. Henry Pun Off - a pun contest where contestants show amazing wit. Zilker Park is also the home of the three-day Austin City Limits Music Festival (the longest-running concert music program on American television,) every year. The city of Austin is home to more than fifty public swimming pools, and a lot of them are spread all over the city. Some of the more popular ones consist of the Deep Eddy Pool, oldest man-made swimming pool in Texas, and Barton Springs Pool, the nation's biggest natural swimming pool within an urban area. For parks, the Hippie Hollow Park is the only officially sanctioned clothing-optional public park in the state of Texas. At the center of the city's financial system is High Technology. Each year, there are thousands of graduates from the engineering and computer science programs at the University of Texas at Austin.
