The Texas city of Grand Prairie is situated in the mid-cities region and sits within three different counties: Ellis, Tarrant and Dallas. Currently, it has a population of approximately 176,000, making it the 15th biggest city within Texas State.

The city of Grand Prairie is conveniently located in between the bigger cities of Fort Worth and Dallas. Fort Worth is located 15 miles to the west, while the city of Dallas is just 12 miles east of downtown. Just five minutes north of Grand Prairie, is the DFW International Airport. The Interstate 20, Interstate 30, State Highway 360, Loop 12 and Spur 303 are easily accessible from the city, allowing residents access to practically anywhere within the state of Texas.
