The Public School Foundation is the fiscal agency that holds and manages several donor-advised college scholarship funds for students graduating in good standing from CHCCS. Student scholarships are provided by community members to assist with tuition and fees and are awarded to students after careful review and interviews by a selection committee. 

Each WWIN Star Scholar is awarded up to $5,000 for the academic year. The scholarship may be renewed each year up to graduation with a first bachelor’s degree or up to $20,000.The application for the 2025-2026 academic year closed in April, 2025.
