The purpose of the Texas Rice Festival Scholarship Award is to encourage and assist deserving young men and women desiring to further their education by attending an accredited college. The award will be two (2) $3,000 scholarships to graduating High School Seniors.
The Conditional Grant Program is available to eligible students pursuing a degree in engineering or a TxDOT-approved operational business discipline.
