NSS Scholarship
Eligibility:
Sculptors must be between the ages of 21-35 (born between 1980-1994).
All applicants must be citizens of or residents in the United States with a social security number.
Jury:
The jury will consist of three prominent sculptors.
Recipients:
Up to 10 recipients will be selected
Rewards:
Two night hotel stay (if you live outside Philadelphia) $150 stipend
Registration fee for Sculpture Celebration Conference ($325 value)
Submission Requirements:
A biography or resume describing your background in sculpture (limit 3000 characters with spaces)
Six - ten images of your sculpture (of at least 5 different sculptures)
Please note that work that is inspired by nature - or figurative or realist sculpture - is preferred

April 1, 2015
How to Apply:
Your submission for the Participation Scholarships and/or Head Start Modeling Competition should be made through Café.
Search for the call "Sculpture Competition and Scholarships."
You will be able to indicate whether you are applying for both the Participation Scholarships and the Head Start Modeling Competition or only one of them.
Additional:
NSS programs are open to individuals of all races, ethnic origins, colors, genders and religions.
The scholarships are funded by bequests from the estates of Charlotte Geffken and Roger T. Williams.
Please note that each recipient is responsible for his/her own meals, travel and daily expenses.
