The RUSSELL W. LIGON MEMORIAL ENGINEERING SCHOLARSHIP is a scholarship available to high school seniors or present college students planning to study engineering or computer science. Applications are available in the counseling offices of seven local school districts (Almont, Armada, Capac, Dryden, Imlay City, Oxford, and Romeo), at the Four County Community Foundation office and on our website.
