Umpire Memorial Scholarship

Awards Available: 1

The Umpire Memorial Scholarship shall be awarded to an affiliated member of the Alberta Softball Umpires Association (ASUA) or can be a son or daughter of a registered umpire.

In order for your application to be processed and eligible, the following must be provided:

1) Applicant must have attended the Minor Umpires' Camp, or have umpired at some level of Softball in Alberta, or must be the son or daughter of an umpire who has been registered for five (5) consecutive years with the ASUA.

2) A brief essay displaying a positive attitude about either

A) An experience from your own life and explain how it has influenced you, or

B) What/who has influenced you in becoming an umpire.
