Type of award: Applicable towards full-time studies for applicants entering the second year of an undergraduate degree or a college diploma program.
Eligible applicants are:
1. Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.
2. Residents in the province of Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba.
Eligible applicants must have:
1. a minimum average of 80% (or equivalent) in the last three semesters of studies(Non-academic courses such as career or personal development related courses will not be considered.)

Number available: Up to seven (7) scholarships offered annually on a competitive basis:
2 scholarships will be awarded in Manitoba
3 scholarships will be awarded in Saskatchewan
