Great Clips believes in the future of the hair industry and is proud to offer over $100,000 total in cosmetology or barber scholarships to students each year. This scholarship program is offered in memory of Alice Madden Barton, a long-time Great Clips franchisee. Future stylists and barbers across the United States and Canada are invited to apply to receive a cosmetology or barber school tuition scholarship, valued at up to $5,000 each, to help launch their dreams.
Important Dates:
Spring cosmetology or barbering scholarship application period: September 2 March 1. Recipients notified by no later than April 30.
Fall cosmetology or barbering scholarship application period: March 2 September 1. Recipients notified by no later than October 31.
If you are selected for a scholarship, a representative from Great Clips, Inc. will contact you. If you are not chosen for one award period, you may reapply for the next period if you maintain eligibility.
