- A graduating high school student (class of 2025) from a school located in Ventura County
- A minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.0
- A resident of Ventura County
- A minimum Filipino heritage of 50%
Family of Tony Grey including direct, extended, distant, or otherwise are not eligible for consideration of this award. The life of Tony Grey went above and beyond just his family and this scholarship award was created in that spirit.
