Longo Biggs In Memoriam Scholarship

Scholarship Value: $1,000
Awards Available: 1

Having a loved one pass away is something that will happen to all of us at one point in life. The passing of a loved one may be unexpected and make you feel like you lost one of the few people in this world who “gets you.” Whether you lost a family member, mentor, or someone else, the special bonds we form with those close to us are rare and to be cherished.

For this scholarship, we ask applicants to share the story of someone they cared about who passed away and what they meant to them. You can discuss lessons learned from them, memories that you cherish, and their profound impact on your life. Use this application to honor their legacy and reflect on how they made a mark on your life.

As a personal injury law firm, Longo Biggs, LC, often works with individuals who have lost someone suddenly due to an accident. We understand the pain that these individuals carry and the strength it takes them to move forward. That is why we wanted to create a scholarship that we believe others can relate to and encourage anyone who has lost someone close to them to keep going. We understand how difficult losing someone is, but for someone to have had such an incredible impact on your life is a blessing and should be celebrated. We hope that this scholarship will allow students to put on paper some beautiful things they have to share about someone who made a difference in their life.

This is a $1,000 scholarship opportunity. The deadline to apply is May 31, 2022.
