The attorneys at Modern Law believe in the importance of staying up-to-date on the latest, processes, technology, and systems. As a family lawyer, Billie Tarascio recognizes the positive impact that staying on top of modern trends can have on her clients' legal experiences, and most importantly to the children in these families. In fact, remaining aware of the latest legal tactics can sometimes mean the difference between winning and not winning a trial! Every family's representation is different, which is why it's important to remember one-size doesn't always fit all when it comes to the legal process. Sometimes, innovation is necessary.
The same logic can be applied to all aspects of life! You can't always take the same approach or you may need to change a process in order to improve it. The attorneys at Modern Law want to hear about a time when you noticed something wasn't working or the process for accomplishing it was outdated.
To answer Modern Law's Challenging the Norm Scholarship essay prompt, discuss a time when you witnessed serious problems with an outdated system or process that was being handled poorly. How did you use your time and resources to come up with a way to update the system or process in a new, modern way? This $1,000 scholarship from Modern Law will be awarded to the student whose essay best conveys their impressive solution to an outdated problem.
