KnowBe4, Inc. is the provider of the world's largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform. KnowBe4 enables organizations to manage the ongoing problem of social engineering by helping them train employees to make smarter security decisions, every day.

SCHOLARSHIP AWARD (ONE AWARD):

  • A $10,000 scholarship to be applied to tuition, fees, books, and electronics, and up to $3,000 may be applied to on-campus housing. This award may be paid all at once or spread out over multiple semesters, including the summer session.
  • One (ISC)2 Certification Education Package to be claimed for up to one year following graduation. Package includes:
    • (ISC)2 Certification Exam Voucher (for the certification of your choice).
    • Hard copy or digital study materials
    • In person, online instructor led or study at your own pace seminar voucher
    • First year AMF paid upon passing the exam and becoming endorsed.

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Recipients must be female.
  • Must be an individual pursuing, or plan to pursue, a degree with a focus on cybersecurity, information assurance, or a similar field.
  • Must be an undergraduate freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student. Ph.D. students are not eligible.
  • GPA must be at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale (or an analogous rank based on a comparable scale).
  • You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
  • Must be attending a college or university in the U.S.
  • May be attending on-campus or online.
  • May be attending full-time or part-time.
  • If awarded: the funds will be sent to your school with instructions that it may be applied to tuition, fees, books, and required electronics, and up to $3,000 may be applied to on-campus housing. Awards are paid directly to the college or university; recipients do not receive the scholarship award directly.
  • If you are being considered for the award, you agree to a short video interview with KnowBe4. You must have camera capability for this meeting via computer, tablet, or phone camera.
  • KnowBe4 and (ISC)² employees are not eligible for the award.
