If you are in your senior year of high school or a current student currently enrolled in University. All you have to do is submit a 1,500-word essay based on the following prompt:
"Senior citizens are some of the most vulnerable Americans when it comes to rising prices that exist in the health care industry today. Retirees are at a point in their lives when their health care needs are higher than they've ever been, but their ability to pay for this increased care is difficult on a fixed retirement income. In 1,500 words or less, explain how we as a society can come together and help senior citizens meet their health care needs in an affordable way."
The awards for the winners will vary based on need, quality of the essay, and number of entries submitted. In addition to the financial award towards a college or university of your choice, winners will have a chance to see their essay featured on our website, alongside some worthy honorable mentions.
