The Employment Law Group has established a $1,000 scholarship to address "wage theft". Applicants should author an essay which discusses whether or not minimum wage and overtime legislation should be changed, including what fines or punishments (if any) should be levied against employers who commit wage theft, and if changes should be made; what would be the effect of these changes?
