Through this scholarship, we hope that students with a military background and students who have family members that serve in the armed forces, will confidently share their stories of how military service helped shape their life. In a well written 750-word essay, please discuss the hardships you faced, sacrifices you have made, or opportunities you have earned through your military service. If you haven't served personally, but your life has been shaped by the military service of a family member, you are also encouraged to share your story with us.
