We will offer two scholarship opportunities per year to deserving recipients regardless of field of study, national origin, race or any other arbitrary factor. Applicant must be currently enrolled or have been accepted to a state university.

Each biannual scholarship award shall be based on our judgment of the best essay in response to one of the following topics:

A) Upon graduation and entry in to the work force, how do you anticipate contributing to your community?

B) Describe your future solutions to one or more of the current issues affecting your community, city, state or nation.

C) Describe your personal circumstances and reasons for needing a scholarship and how you intend to "pay it forward" upon graduation.
