Howard Young and Frank Baker were instrumental in establishing the Arkansas Cattlemen’s Foundation Inc. and securing a home the Arkansas Cattlemen’s Association and a learning center for the youth of Arkansas. Young, as Executive Vice President of the ACA, provided the roots for continued growth of the association. The late Dr. Baker provided professional input that helped create the Arkansas Cattlemen’s Foundation Learning and Heritage Center.
