The Colorado Agricultural Development Authority has committed $5,000 in support of five $1,000 scholarships for entering freshmen enrolling in agriculture. The scholarships may be used to attend any Colorado college or university with an accredited agriculture program.
Eligibility:
A) Open to Colorado 4-H members in good standing.
B) Recipients must attend a college or university in Colorado with an accredited agriculture program.
C) Graduating high school senior with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
D) Financial need as indicated in the scholarship application.
E) Evidence of being accepted by a college or university.
F) Citizenship/leadership/community service (in 4-H, school and community).
G) Majoring in an agricultural field.
H) Maintain a C or better grade point average while enrolled in college/university.
Application Requirements:
A) Complete and submit the universal Colorado 4-H Foundation Scholarship electronic form.
B) Provide the names of three people the Foundation can contact as references.
