The Whiteside County Farm Bureau Foundation is offering up to three scholarships to Whiteside County high school seniors and up to two current college students planning to pursue an agriculture-related degree. The scholarships are valued at $2,500 each.

Additionally, the Foundation is also offering one $1,000 scholarship to a student pursuing an agriculture-related degree at a two-year college or technical school.
Qualifications for the scholarships are as follows:
A) High School Seniors: Student must be a graduating in the spring 2019.
B) The parent(s) or guardian(s) must be members of the Whiteside County Farm Bureau as of October 1, 2018.
C) The student must enroll in a field of study pertaining to agriculture on an agriculture-related field. Remember, in our modern world, several courses of study relate to agriculture in some aspect.
