The Confederation of Oregon School Administrators awards twelve scholarships to a 2- or 4-year college or university, trade or professional/technical school. All are $1,000 one-time awards to graduating seniors.

STUDENT SELECTION CRITERIA
A) Must be enrolled in an Oregon public high school
B) Must identify a college, university, trade or professional school that he/she plans to attend and indicate the field of study
C) Should be active in community and school activities
D) Should possess a 3.5 GPA accumulative or higher as of the last posted grading period
E) Will submit a one-page essay about background, influences and goals.
F) Will secure the endorsement (letter of rec.) and signature of a COSA member
G) Will enroll the fall term he/she graduates from high school
H) High school registrar must initial GPA on application form and student must sign application
I) Include copy of current transcript
