The NATA Foundation Scholarship Program is one of the organization’s most highly regarded programs.
Through this program, which is managed by the Scholarship Committee, the NATA Foundation awards undergraduate, master’s and doctoral scholarships. The number of scholarships varies annually (from 50 to 75), with the amount of the award currently $2,300 per scholarship. Scholarship funding is secured through a variety of sources, including the organization’s endowment program, as well as through corporate and individual support.
The NATA Foundation currently awards five levels of scholarships.
A) Undergraduate (Must be sophomore status -60 credit hours- and have at least 1 year remaining prior to baccalaureate graduation)
B) Graduating Undergraduate (Graduating Senior in Fall 2014/Spring 2015 – planning on attending graduate school beginning Summer or Fall 2015)
C) Professional Master’s (currently enrolled in CAATE accredited Entry Level master’s program with 1 year remaining prior to graduation)
D) Post-Professional Master’s (post BOC certification)
E) Doctoral (post BOC certification)
