BioMatrix Memorial Scholarship
BioMatrix offers six $1,000 educational scholarship opportunities to students diagnosed with hemophilia or von Willebrand Disease, and in the case of two of the scholarships, immediate family members may also apply. These scholarships are in memory of several amazing individuals who brought remarkable qualities and skills together in a way that truly touched the community they were dedicated to serving. Their efforts to make a difference in the lives of people with bleeding disorders will not be forgotten and shall be carried on with these scholarship opportunities.We have partnered with the Hemophilia Federation of America (HFA) to manage and administer the BioMatrix Scholarship Program. Partnering with HFA allows us to streamline and enhance our growing program with an organization that knows and understands the bleeding disorders community. APPLICATION AND ALL SUPPORTING MATERIALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 1, END OF DAY.
Incomplete or late applications will not be eligible for consideration. The HFA Scholarship Committee will review applications to select the recipients. Their decision is final. Award recipients will be notified and announced in September.
