The Bookstore sells all books that are related to the courses at NTC. It also sells specialty books in ministry, Catholic education, spirituality, and theology. The Foundation is created to raise and manage funds for the mission activities carried out by the College and the Seminary. The Library also has the Lois Hole Campus Alberta Digital Library, and students can access it by using their Newman Library card.

Student Services and Student Life

The College offers a twenty-four hour free counseling service to students who are suffering from stress, depression, anxieties, and panic attacks. Convocation services are given to students, and there is a long-standing tradition at NTC where the emcee and St. Joseph Seminary host the "Jazz Night" – an event where alumni, family, friends, staff, students, faculty, and graduates gather for a night of martini’s, music, and fellowship. Jazz Night is the most outstanding fund-raising event for St. Joseph Seminary’s sponsorship of five children through Chalice, which was once called Christian Child Care International.
