The College is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It has been accredited by the Association of Biblical Higher Education since 1989. It is also recognized as an undergraduate accrediting agency by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
Students are the number one priority of the College, and a part of their service is the “Home Away From Home” initiative. The service involves picking the student from the airport for out-of-province students upon request; helping the student to move in; informing about the “Ride Guide” schedules and information on Toronto Transit System; giving of gift bags and some information regarding the college; giving informal orientation to students; organizing fun events for the first week to help the student adjust to the “Master’s Family”; organizing Fall Retreats during the second weekend of September.
The Student Council is the executive organization of the student body system. It acts as a liaison between the student body, faculty and administration. It also functions as the interpreter of student opinion, facilitator and organizer during the orientation week for new students, adviser for the proper and academic welfare of the college, or student body and a cooperative component with the Student Development Department. Some of its activities include retreats, orientation, chapel/small groups, campus events, sports, and Student Life Survival Tips.
Master’s College and Seminary offers students many alternatives to release their athletic and competitive spirit. Students can enjoy sports like Badminton, Basketball, and Volleyball in the Willowdale Church Gymnasium. Other athletic activities include tournaments during the school year with other Christian colleges for male and female teams.
Master’s College offers the following programs: Ministerial Diploma; Christian Service Certificate (which includes Evangelism, Ministry Orientation in Canada and Youth Ministry); Christian Ministry Certificate (which includes Christian Studies, Church Leadership & Contemporary Youth Ministry); Bachelor of Theology Completion; Bachelor of Theology (which includes Pastoral Ministry & Youth Ministry); and Bachelor of Religious Education (which includes Pastoral Ministry). Its only joint program with Tyndale Seminary is the Master of Theological Studies Degree in Pentecostal Studies. The College maintains its cultural and language flexibility by offering instructional lessons in English and seven other languages: Filipino, Korean, American Sign Language, Spanish, Tamil, Chinese, and Urdu.
The College offers students a variety of options for living in Toronto. Some of the options include Tyndale’s residences located just off Bayview Ave at Ballyconnor Court. Another option would be to find roommates and share a one- or two- bedroom apartment. Students who are looking for housing accommodations can contact either the male or female Student Advisor of the campus.
