Saatchi Diversity Task Force Scholarships

Saatchi & Saatchi supports diversity in advertising because we value the creative benefits that result from drawing on different perspectives. The Saatchi Scholarship Program was designed to provide financial assistance to creative, strategic, and data analyst students from backgrounds spanning communities and perspectives. Accordingly, the scholarship will be awarded based solely on merit (without any consideration of the following traits, and with no preferential treatment of any kind), we encourage people from the following groups to apply for this opportunity: African-American/Black American, Indigenous American, Asian-American/Pacific Islander, Latino/Hispanic, LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent, and/or the Disabled. Scholarship recipients will be selected by a panel of Creatives, Strategic Managers, Data Analysts, and Talent Managers at Saatchi & Saatchi and beyond. We want to hear from aspiring change-makers who are passionate about the industry.

Scholarship Application

We will award $10,000 to two deserving students before the Spring 2026 semester. In addition to scholarship funds, you’ll be mentored by a Saatchi & Saatchi pro. This includes virtual meetups each month and access to your mentor via email and text for one year.

Eligibility:

1. All interested students are invited to apply. Candidates will be evaluated based on their creative pitch and the substantive merit of their submission.

2. Studying Art Direction, Copywriting, Production, Editing, Illustrator, or a Strategy student studying Marketing Strategy, Data, Analyst, Analytics.

3. A citizen, national or legal permanent resident of the United States as of the date the application is submitted.

4. A full-time student at an accredited four-year university, two-year community college, portfolio school, or an art school.

5. Willing to submit a creative pitch along with application.

THE CREATIVE PITCH - max 3 minutes

Pitch yourself in 3 minutes or less! Get crazy, have fun, and go beyond the usual way of thinking. People in advertising pitch ideas every single day, and you will too! Send us a brief video showcasing your talent and why you would be good in creative, production, strategy, or marketing analytics.

Be unforgettable and unmistakably you. Keep in mind, priority will be given to students who demonstrate financial need. Send us your application and creative pitch between September 15 - November 3, 2025.

2. Creative pitch in video; please upload videos to YouTube, adjust privacy settings to "Unlisted", and include the link in your application
