AttorneyBernie.com will be awarding a $1,000 scholarship to a Junior/Senior in high school or a student pursuing college or an advanced degree. Those awarded these scholarships must meet the eligibility and selection criteria outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must demonstrate that their experience fulfills the following eligibility requirements and selection criteria:
- Open to high school juniors and seniors, as well as students currently enrolled in an accredited community college, undergraduate, or graduate program in the United States.
- Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Scholarship funds can be used for tuition, room and board, books, and/or other fees at an accredited program within the United States where the student is currently enrolled or plans to enroll.

- Explain how your pursuit of higher education aligns with your commitment to helping others and contributing to your community. In what ways do you hope your education and future career will help you become an advocate for those in need?
