The Offutt Officers' Spouses' Club Charitable Association, Inc. (OOSCCA) will award several academic scholarships to qualified high school senior applicants.

Scholarship Selection Panel will determine the award recipient based on current scholastic achievement, program of study/school enrollment, community service activities, and an essay.
