The Masonic Charity Foundation of New Jersey is excited to share our 2026 scholarship application with you.
- Continued Expanded Eligibility. Eligibility for most scholarships now include child, step-child, niece, nephew, grandchild or step-grandchild of a living or deceased Master Mason in good standing.
- Scholarships available. Scholarship offerings include students attending 2-year College, Trade/Technical School and 4-year College/University.
- Simplified Google Form Application Process. One application form (via Google Forms) will cover all nine MCF Scholarship offerings.
2-Year College, Trade/Technical School, & 4-Year College/University
Burk-Townley Scholarship - $4,000
- $1,000 minimum per year
- For Graduating High School Seniors
- One 4-year and at least one 2-year /trade school available
- Must be child or grandchild of NJ Mason
- Demonstrate financial need
Serewitch Family DeMolay Scholarship - $20,000
- $5,000 minimum per year for up to 4 years
- For Graduating NJ High School Seniors
- GPA: C or 2.2 over last 2 years; SAT 1200
- Must be active New Jersey DeMolay
- Demonstrate financial need
- Organized swimming activity required
Sol & Reba Serewitch Scholarship - $5,000
- $5,000 for 1 year
- For Graduating NJ High School Seniors
- GPA: C or 2.2 over last 2 years; SAT 1300
- Must be relative of NJ Mason
- Demonstrate financial need
4-Year College/University
Asbury Jordan Lodge Scholarship - $4,000
- $1,000 per year for 4 years
- For Graduating High School Seniors
- GPA: B or 3.0 over last 2 years; SAT 1400
- Relative of NJ Mason preferred
- Demonstrate financial need

Chairman of the Board Scholarship - $10,000
- $2,500 per year for 4 years
- For Graduating High School Seniors

John H. Critchley, Sr. & Emma F. Critchley Scholarship - $4,000
- $1,000 per year for 4 years
- For Graduating High School Seniors
- Engineering/Related Science Major required
- GPA: B or 3.0
- Unmarried sons or grandsons of NJ Mason only
Culver DeMolay Scholarship - $4,000
- $1,000 per year for 4 years
- For Graduating NJ High School Seniors
- GPA: B or 3.0 over last 2 years; SAT 1090 or ACT 21
- Active DeMolay preferred
Patterson Engineering Scholarship - $16,000
- $4,000 minimum per year for 4 years
- For Graduating NJ High School Seniors
- Engineering Major required
- GPA: C+ or 2.5 over last 2 years
Taylor Scholarship - $4,000
- $1,000 per year for 4 years
- For Graduating High School Seniors
- Must be relative of NJ Mason
- Must perform up to 30 hours of community service at Masonic Village or other approved Masonic institution
