As personal injury lawyers, we at Marrone Law Firm often deal with cases that involve someone acting negligently towards someone else. However, if we have learned anything from our years in Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love, it’s that our fellow human beings deserve compassion and understanding, and a little bit of love can change someone’s life. For this reason, we are passionate about giving back to our community, which is why we are proud and excited to announce the inaugural Brotherly Love Scholarship!
The Brotherly Love Scholarship is open to students nationwide, though applicants in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York are especially encouraged to apply. This $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to one student who can best answer the following prompt in a 500-word essay: Describe a time you stepped out of your comfort zone and showed compassion towards a stranger. Additionally, what are some ways we can all get more involved in our communities?
