Criteria
- Financial need
- United States Citizen or have permanent resident status
- 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year dental student in good academic standing
- Evidence of Community Service
- Active SNDA member
Include with Application
- Letter of request for consideration including reason of financial need
- SAR or GAP Financial aid report
- Two letters of recommendation. One must be from the Dean or Dean of Students Affairs. One must be from a faculty member
- Statement of SNDA activity including any community service work
- Letter from SNDA national or local President stating your current membership status.
- Reapplication in subsequent years, if eligible.
