Established to benefit students who are members of their high school football team and/or students directly associated with the team such as cheerleader, dance team member, team manager, or team trainer.

Eligibility
The Knoxville Football Officials Association (KFOA) Scholarship is for graduating seniors who have financial need, have demonstrated leadership potential and achieved at least a 3.0 GPA. Eligible students must plan to enroll in college full-time, been directly involved with their high school football team and have attended one of the following East Tennessee high schools:
