4-H BC offers a variety of scholarships to support members in pursuing their post-secondary education. These scholarships recognize leadership, dedication, and achievements in 4-H, providing financial assistance for studies in agriculture, science, business, and more.

Provincial Scholarship Eligibility Requirements
Applicant Must:
- Have achieved in at least two of the last three years with 4-H BC (2023-2025)
- Have been registered as a 4-H BC member within the last two years (2024/2025)
- Currently be completing Grade 12 or have previously completed Grade 12.
- Be planning to attend a post-secondary educational institution by January 1, 2027. Scholarships cannot be deferred for use past this date. Proof of post-secondary enrolment with start date must be provided to 4-H BC in order for scholarship funds to be released.
- Not have previously received a Provincial 4-H BC Scholarship*
*Exception for select 2025 Provincial 4-H BC Scholarship Winners:
- The following scholarships may be renewed at the discretion of the Selection Committee after reapplication by the 2025 recipient:

Application Requirements
- Applications must be submitted in full before 11:59 pm (pst) April 15, 2026.
- Applications that are not filled out in full and/or do not contain all requested supplemental documents will not be considered.
- Correct use of the 4-H brand must be present across the application (eg. there must always be a dash between 4 and H).
- Provincial Scholarship Eligibility Requirements must be met.
- Individual Scholarships may have specific Eligibility Requirements. Applicants will be automatically considered for all Scholarships they are eligible for.
Additional Important Information
- Please set aside 30 - 60 minutes to complete this application.
- We suggest clicking through the application before starting to fill-in fields so that you can see what information you will need to provide. A checklist is also provided below.
- You will not be able to save a draft of your application in order to return to it and complete later.
- Once started, the application will need to be submitted in order to save the information you have provided.
- If the application is left open on your computer for an extended period of time, the form will time-out and information filled in will be lost.

Information related to 4-H, such as:
- Number of years you have been registered in 4-H
- Number of years you have achieved in 4-H
- Number of meetings held by your club in the past five years
- Number of club meetings you attended in the past five years
- Executive Positions you have held
- Committees you have been on
- Participation in Communications & Judging Events
- Participation in Provincial, National, and International Opportunities
- Pins you have received
- External Credits you have received
- Extracurricular activities and hobbies unrelated to 4-H.
- Information about the school you are currently attending.
- Information about the post-secondary school you plan to attend and the program you plan to complete.
- Budget in the form of a chart or spreadsheet detailing your first or current year of post-secondary education. This budget needs to include all of your income and expenses.
- Essay of approximately 250 - 300 words on the topic My Plans for Post-Secondary Education. This needs to include your objectives and career aspirations.
- Most recent school transcript.
- 3 personal references (Community, Academic, and 4-H) which must include a phone number and letter of reference from each.
