The South Carolina Association of CPAs Educational Fund is dedicated to shaping the future of the CPA profession in South Carolina. Through scholarships and grants to mission-aligned programs, we help ensure that aspiring CPAs have the support they need to succeed.
By contributing your time or financial support, you play a vital role in fostering the next generation of accounting professionals.
The 2026-27 scholarship application is open and closes at 5 p.m. on May 31, 2026.
What is the South Carolina Association of CPAs Educational Fund?
The South Carolina Association of CPAs Educational Fund exists to provide financial support and resources to students and candidates pursuing accounting degrees and CPA licensure in South Carolina.
The Fund’s work includes:
- Overseeing and approving
- Student Scholarship applications
- Student Loan Debt Relief applications
- CPA Exam Bonus applications
- Review the Investment Performance Report.
- Review the financial reports.

South Carolina Association of CPAs Scholarship Program
The South Carolina Association of CPAs Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate and graduate accounting students in South Carolina who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and commitment to the CPA profession.
Eligibility
- Rising junior or senior majoring in accounting (or Master’s Degree student) at a South Carolina college or university
- Full-time student
- At least one class in intermediate accounting or the equivalent
- GPA of no less than 3.00 overall
- GPA in accounting no less than 3.00
