The Andrew Flusche Scholarship Contest requires students to raise awareness about different legal issues. Applicants must create a public service advertisement video (PSA) about this prompt: What should motorists do while driving if they see a law enforcement vehicle that is stopped on the side of the road?

ELIGIBILITY:
United States citizens or lawful residents who are:
- Accepted into a U.S. college, university, graduate school, or trade school.
- Enrolled in a U.S. college, university, or trade school.
GUIDELINES:
We want to see how creative and convincing you can be with your video. Make sure it is geared toward your peers. Videos can be technical, narrative, documentary, fiction or any other video style you can think of. Video selfies will not be considered. Be creative! The video must be your original creation.
Your PSA will be judged on the level of creativity and persuasiveness, as well as how informative it is.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Follow these directions precisely. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be disqualified.
- Create your video and make sure it is no longer than TWO minutes.
- Upload your video to YouTube.
- In the YouTube description of the video, include a link to this page.
- Once your video has been uploaded, fill out the Application Form at the bottom of this page. Be sure to complete all fields and attach proof of acceptance or enrollment.
- Questions should only be emailed to reception@andrewflusche.com. Do not call with questions.
By submitting your application, you are giving Andrew Flusche, Attorney at Law, PLC the permission to use and display your video for marketing and promotional purposes.
One winner will be selected by December 31, 2023. If the selected winner does not claim their prize within 2 weeks of being contacted, we will pick a new winner.
If you’re not admitted to college / trade school yet, there will be another round for the scholarship next semester. The prompt may change, so check back here before creating your video.
