Prospera Educational Awards Program

Scholarship Value: $5,000
Awards Available: 31

From tuition to books and living expenses, we know the cost of earning a post-secondary education can add up quickly for students. We are here to help cover those costs by giving over $35,000 to students through our Prospera Education Grants. Our Education Grants are our way of financially supporting new, returning, or mature students with their post-secondary costs for the Fall 2021 semester.

For 2021, we are offering the following Education Grants:

A) Community Leadership Grant ($5,000 grant available)

Awarded to one student who made outstanding contributions to our communities, led by example, and inspired true excellence. This student served as a volunteer or demonstrated great guidance with an organization or charity between 2019 to 2021. One individual will be chosen based on their leadership and commitment supporting their local communities.

B) Local Impact Grant ($1,000 grants available)

Thirty grants valued at $1,000 each will be awarded to students who have shown dedication to pursue their field of study and advance their skill set.

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following:

A) Be an entering or returning student to an accredited post-secondary institution in one of our trade areas (Metro Vancouver, Tri-Cities, Fraser Valley and the Okanagan) by September 2021
