Tampa Road To Recovery Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded to the student who, in a personal essay, thoughtfully describes a time in their life in which they suffered a physical or emotional setback in which they recovered and what that recovery has meant to them. This scholarship will award $1,000 to the winning student.
Essays should be approximately 750 words in Times New Roman 12-point font. Additionally, applicants need to submit an updated resume and have a minimum 3.0 GPA from an accredited college or university.
Eligibility And Selection Criteria
A) The Road To Recovery Scholarship Is Open To Any Student Who Is Currently Enrolled In An Accredited Community College, Undergraduate, Or Graduate Program In The United States. Students Who Are Incoming First-Year College Students And Have Graduated High School Or Possess A GED May Also Apply
B) Any Eligible Candidates Must Be In Good Academic Standing And Have A Minimum Cumulative GPA Of 3.0 Or Above
