CouponBirds "Help to Save" Scholarship is a program to assist high school and college students in easing financial burdens and empowering them to pursue higher education. A total of $3,000 will be awarded to five students who showcase their creativity and talent by submitting a short video sharing their money-saving secrets. This initiative aims to provide financial support to help students succeed in their academic endeavors. The application deadline for the 2025 scholarship is October 10, 2025.
Awards
CouponBirds will offer two levels of scholarship for five students: a First Prize and a Second Prize. The First Prize, valued at $1,000, will be awarded to one student. The Second Prize, valued at $500 each, will be awarded to four students. This scholarship must be used for tuition, fees, books, supplies, equipment, or any other educational expenses related to the Winner's college or high school courses.
How to Apply
To apply for the "Help to Save" Scholarship, students must:
- Create a 2-3 minute video (no longer than 5 minutes) on the topic: "Money-Saving Secrets for Students" and upload it to YouTube. Get creative and showcase your talents. Describe your video in simple terms.
- Subscribe to CouponBirds' social media. Follow CouponBirds on X and Facebook.
- Share your video with money-saving tips on your social media channels (X/Facebook) to help more students.
- Complete the application form, including the links to your YouTube video and social media post, and submit your application.
All four steps must be completed before the deadline to be considered for the scholarship award.
Eligibility
CouponBirds "Help to Save" Scholarship is open to high school and college students of all nationalities.
Eligibility Requirements:
- High school students: Must be at least 15 years old and provide an enrollment certificate.
- College students: Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college, 18 years or older, with a valid acceptance letter or enrollment certificate.
- Location: Open to students studying in the US or Canada during the 2024-2025 academic year.
- Proof of Enrollment: Applicants must submit proof of enrollment (enrollment certificate, acceptance letter, or transcript) from an accredited institution.
- Language: Applicants must effectively express their money-saving secrets in English in the video.
- Application Limit: Only one application per person is allowed.
- Originality: Submission must be 100% original. Automated or scripted submissions by any means are void.
- No purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
- Deadline: All applications must be received on or before 11:59 p.m. PT on Oct 10, 2025.
- Application Method: Online application only.
- Legal Compliance: Void where prohibited by law.

Notification
- The potential winner will be notified by email and must reply to scholarship@couponbirds.com within seven business days of receiving the notification.
- If the potential winner cannot be reached by email and fails to submit an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) within seven business days, they will be disqualified. In such cases, the scholarship will be forfeited, and awarded to the next highest-scoring applicant from the same application period.
