AGC of Minnesota awards scholarships to outstanding students with career interests in the construction industry who are enrolled in Minnesota post-secondary construction programs. Since 1986, 176 scholarships have been awarded, totaling over $ 203,200, to outstanding students in construction programs throughout the State of Minnesota.

Education Scholarship-AGC of Minnesota has a proud tradition of providing scholarships for outstanding students with a concentration of construction or construction-related courses. To qualify you must attend a post-secondary school located in Minnesota with an academic concentration of construction or construction-related courses. Scholarship applications are reviewed by AGC of Minnesota’s Executive Committee each year. Typically 8-10 scholarships are awarded, valued between $500 and $2,500. Scholarship recipients are invited to receive their scholarship checks at either our annual golf outing or sporting clays event. In many cases, the relationships formed and built at these events are more valuable than the checks themselves.
