This national competition is open to all junior, senior, or graduate students enrolled in a design school in the United States. The interior design competition design goal will be to complete a residential and commercial project to a set of specifications that are provided. The interior design category first place winner will be awarded a $5,000.00 scholarship and receive national publicity for themselves and their school. The interior design category second place winner will receive a $1,500.00 scholarship. The first place winner's design school or department will receive a check for $1000.00.
Each winner will receive national publicity for themselves and their school. Winners will be announced by March 1, 2021. EACH SCHOOL MAY SUBMIT UP TO FIVE ENTRIES IN THE COMPETITON. One entry per student.

Please consider incorporating the Bienenstock Interior Design Competition into your fall 2020 design studies curriculum or sponsoring your student's entry for the competition.
