The Lutheran Foundation recognizes the need for highly trained, compassionate professionals pursuing a degree in nursing or other healthcare professions. This is a one-time scholarship and is extremely competitive.
You do not need to be Lutheran to apply for this scholarship opportunity.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be pursuing a career in nursing or health professions degree for direct patient care.
- Must be a permanent resident in one of the following Indiana counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, or Whitley.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.20 on a 4.00 scale.
- Must be a current college student, a second career/older student, or planning to attend college in the upcoming school year.
- Must be at the sophomore level and accepted and provide an acceptance letter for the nursing or health professions program.
- Must be attending a minimum of two semesters in the upcoming school year.
- Must be pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree (certificate programs will not be considered).
