Roseville is a thriving city in Placer County which is conveniently located a mere sixteen miles from the capital of California, Sacramento. It lays at the base of the Sierra Nevada foot hills on the eastern edge of the Sacramento Valley. It was incorporated on April 10th, 1909 and has since developed a population of over 104,655. The type of weather within the city is similar to most other California cities; A hot, dry summertime followed by a mild winter.
The city has many various sectors within its economy, including agriculture, financial services, healthcare, retail, and technology. The retail sector is by far the most prosperous.
