LEONA KATHLEEN RIGGS SCHOLARSHIP
The Leona Kathleen Riggs Scholarships provided $4,216 for each student (a total of $42,160) paid directly to the College or University to assist these bright and talented students to fulfill their dreams. Thanks to the generosity of Leona Riggs, who herself was an internationally acclaimed performer and a music teacher, the foundation that she established continues to support 10 students from Belleville each year.
