For students from Ottawa, Gloucester, Nepean and Kanata who demonstrate financial need and who wish to enroll in the Faculty of Arts or the School of Business. Full tuition for the first two years, provided student achieves a minimum average of 70% and is enrolled full-time.
This scholarship, which provides full tuition expenses for the first two years, is tenable for full time study in any faculty at St. Francis Xavier University. It is established to encourage and enable enrolment of high school students from Ottawa including Gloucester, Nepean and Kanata.
There is no minimum academic requirement but preference will be given to students who rank in the top half of their graduating class. A minimum first year university average of 70% is required to receive the second year of the Award.
A personal interview with the Scholarship Committee is required to determine the final selection. The Committee places emphasis on the student’s overall accomplishments and leadership potential.
