The Warren Firm is proud to announce The Survivor Scholarship. This scholarship is an opportunity to hear from students about the difficult situations they have experienced and grown from and how they hope to use this past experience to make a difference for others in the future. Applicants are asked to share a story about how they or someone close to them was injured, how it affected their life, and how they not only survived but overcame this obstacle.
The scholarship winner will be chosen based on the criteria outlined below and will be awarded with $1,000.
Scholarship Eligibility
The eligibility requirements for The Survivor Scholarship are as follows:
A) Applicants must be currently enrolled in or about to attend an accredited community college, undergraduate or graduate program within the United States
B) Applicants must have a current GPA of 3.0 or higher
Application
A complete application for this scholarship will include:
A) A Resume with current contact information
B) A current academic transcript (clearly showing your Cumulative GPA)
C) A 1,000 word essay describing a difficult situation in your life that you've grown from and how you hope to use your past experiences to make a difference for others in the future. At the end of your essay please include a short explanation on how, if chosen, you will use the scholarship funds to pursue your educational goals.
