In order to be eligible for the Semi-Annual Pumphrey Law Scholarship, applicants must:
A) Be a U.S. resident
B) Accepted or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in the U.S.
C) Demonstrated good character and academic achievement
Each applicant must submit the following documents:
A) Pumphrey Law Scholarship Application.
B) A current unofficial high school or college transcript or enrollment verification
C) A typed essay 800-1000 words on one of the following topics: (Students may enter submission for multiple topics)
1) Can the Government legally seize or take your firearms?
2) Should defendants of University Title IX accusations be entitled to a more-fair process with the University? How can stories like this lead to Universities handling accusations of Sexual Assault differently?
