RentHop Scholarship

The RentHop Apartment Scholarship awards up to $2,000 a year to eligible undergraduate students in bachelors and associate degree programs in the US who demonstrate the ambition, diligence, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit that is central to our company culture.

Eligibility

You must be a current student in an eligible undergraduate program or a graduating high school senior, working towards a bachelors degree or associates degree.

Application Logistics

To apply for the Renthop Scholarship, email an essay, not to exceed 500 words, to college-scholarship@renthop.com. Also include your name, school, year of graduation, and phone number. You must use your school-provided email address to be eligible.

Judging Criteria

An internal team within Renthop management, the RentHop Scholarship Board, will select the winner from among the eligible submissions received on or before 11:59pm ET of each submission deadline. Selection criteria is at the sole discretion of RentHop Scholarship Board. Judging criteria includes, but is not limited to, how well the applicant answered the requested essay content, the likely impact the scholarship may have on the applicant's education and career, and the logistics of providing a potential optional internship to the winner. By submitting an application for a Renthop Scholarship award, you give Renthop and its affiliates permission to publish your name on the Renthop website, social media pages, press releases, and other venues affiliated with publicizing the RentHop Apartment Scholarship.
